Mephisto’s resoling process refurbishes your shoes/sandals/boots to a like-new condition using replacement parts from the producing plants, the same parts that are used in original production. The entire bottoms are removed and replaced with new bottoms. Insoles and laces will also be replaced. Leather uppers are cleaned as well as possible, and any needed repair to d-rings, buckles or stitching is included. The process generally takes 4-6 weeks for the complete turnaround.
The resole mailing kit is pre-addressed and shipping to the resoling facility is prepaid. There is a return shipping fee of $7.00 that is preprinted on the form to cover shipping of the footwear back to you. Use the form below to order the resole shipping kit. The kit includes the shipping bag, a brochure explaining options available and an assigned tracking number for your shoes. With your tracking number you can track the status of your repair and receive email updates on the repair progress. The kits will accommodate only one pair. You can order multiple kits in the quantity field if you need more than one kit. Your resole kit order will be mailed immediately.
