Immediate Refunds Given Any purchase, including sale merchandise, can be returned for full refund providing that it has not been worn outside, has been kept clean and is in saleable condition. Wear the shoes/sandals/boots around your house to be sure that you are comfortable with them. If you feel that you need to try a different size, call us and we will send you a second pair to try on a no charge basis. Avoid foot imprints on sandal footbeds. If a refund is necessary, return the merchandise to us, Great Lakes Shoe Company, not to the distributor in case of a drop shipment, and a refund will be made to your credit card within 24 hours. A brief note explaining your reason for the return would be helpful and appreciated. Include the shoebox. Our return policy is 21 days from date of purchase, as so stated on the register receipt.
